Custom CRM & business automation systems

We build the CRM around how you actually work — clients and deals, orders, inventory, finance, roles and permissions, reporting. We've done this for medical clinics, restaurant chains and B2B companies: from a first version to a system hundreds of staff use daily.

What the project includes

01

Your process, not a template

We start by mapping how the company runs today: deal stages, who owns what, where leads get lost. The system mirrors your process instead of forcing you into someone else's.

02

Roles and permissions

Fine-grained RBAC: a manager sees their clients, a head sees the department, a director sees everything. Action logs and audit trails so you know who changed what.

03

Integrations

Telephony and calls, Telegram notifications, payment providers (Payme, Click), 1C and iiko, SMS, Excel export. No more entering the same data twice.

04

Analytics and reports

A dashboard with numbers that matter: sales funnel, workload per employee, revenue by branch. Reports people open every morning, not once a quarter.

Common questions

How much does a custom CRM cost?
It depends on how many processes and integrations are involved. A small sales-team system is one bracket; an ERP for a branch network with inventory and POS is another. After a short call we give you a range broken down by stage, so you can see what you're paying for.
How long does it take?
A first working version people can actually use usually ships in 1–2 months. After that we add modules in iterations — you see progress every couple of weeks, not after half a year.
Wouldn't an off-the-shelf CRM be easier?
If your processes are standard — yes, and we'll say so honestly. Custom pays off when the box doesn't fit: complex order logic, your own integrations, unusual roles, or when per-seat fees for dozens of staff cost more than building it. We also build on top of Bitrix24 when that's the right call — we've done it.
Who owns the code?
You do. We hand over the repository, documentation and access. No lock-in: any other team can pick it up.
What happens after launch?
We either support and keep evolving the system, or hand it to your team with documentation and onboarding. Both are fine — your call.
