Healthcare Platform — Strategy Layer

Umbrella folder for the healthtech venture Healthcare platform (medical platform, KSA/Uzbekistan market): strategy and planning (marketing plan, n8n workflows, team analysis, patient-hub concept) plus sub-projects with actual code (healthcare-crm → task #63, healthcare-platform-v2 → #69). The engineering core of the ecosystem lives in phi/pii/CRM; this folder is the strategic layer.

Overview

  • What it is: Root container of the Healthcare platform ecosystem — a medical startup (labs/tests/patients). The ~/development/healthcare-platform folder itself contains mostly STRATEGY and PLANNING (marketing, team, concepts), not product code. The real applications live in sub-folders/related repositories:
  • healthcare-crm/ — CRM application (large) → task #63.
  • healthcare-platform-v2/ (related) → task #69.
  • phi (medical data, task #44), pii-service/pii_salomatic (#46/#47) — microservices of the same platform.
  • Type / status / role: other (venture / strategy container) · active · lead — user is author of the initial commit and owner of the venture; co-contributor Anton Kim.
  • Activity period: the folder itself 2025-07-30 → 2025-08-11 (2 commits). Sub-projects are active longer (see their tasks).
§02

Stack

  • Folder itself: only Markdown documents + PDF (strategy), git wrapper. No code or manifests.
  • Contents:
  • marketing/healthcare-platform-global-master-plan.md, healthcare-platform-global-marketing-plan.md, marketing-automation-implementation.md, n8n-marketing-workflows.md, pitch.pdf (marketing strategy + n8n automation).
  • patient-hub/context-engine (early concept of the patient portal).
  • team/ — team profiles/analysis (alisher-mukhtarov, ania, katya, giga-davr, r4ta, team.md) — HR/team notes.
  • healthcare-crm/ — actual CRM application (separate task #63).
  • Ecosystem technologies (per related projects): Python/FastAPI + TS/Elysia microservices (phi), Vault, HL7, medical-data encryption, PII/PHI separation — see phi.md.
§03

What was shipped

  • 2d9eb6e initial commit (Davron).
  • 49ba1c7 Add marketing plans, patient hub, and team analysis files — strategic docs added.
  • Volume: 2 commits; this is the organizational/strategic layer of the venture, not an engineering artifact.
§04

Technical challenges

  • The folder itself has NO engineering challenges — it is planning. The actual technical decisions of the Healthcare platform ecosystem are documented in:
  • phi (task #44): AES-256-GCM + HMAC medical-data encryption, Vault, HL7, PHI/PII pseudonymization, Temporal.
  • healthcare-crm (#63) and healthcare-platform-v2 (#69): CRM applications (see their files).
  • pii-service (#46/#47): pseudonymization service.
  • The strategic contribution here: marketing automation on n8n (workflows), global go-to-market plan, team structure. → product/entrepreneurial thinking (build-in-public healthtech startup).
§05

AI-assisted development

  • Sessions found: 0 for the healthcare-platform folder itself (the normalized key has no directory). Sessions exist for SUB-PROJECTS: healthcare-crm, healthcare-platform-healthcare-crm, healthcare-platform-v2 — they belong to task #63/#69, not to the umbrella.
  • What was done with AI: no data for the folder itself (strategy docs). AI-driven development happened in the sub-projects.
  • AI-workflow patterns: n/a for the umbrella.
§06

Achievements & metrics

  • Structured strategy for a healthtech venture: marketing master plan, n8n automation, team analysis, pitch.
  • Ecosystem of several services (phi, pii, crm, v2) — platform scale.
